At ArthurNembhard Consulting, we value the time and commitment of both our clients and our consultants. Please review our formal cancellation policy below to understand the protocols for rescheduling and service terminations.
48-Hour Notice: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled session are subject to a 50% service fee.
Refunds: Retainer fees for organizational strategy projects are non-refundable once work has commenced.
No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice results in a full forfeiture of the session fee.
Rescheduling: One complimentary reschedule is permitted per engagement, provided notice is given at least 72 hours in advance.
Key Policy Highlights
1. Service Engagement & Retainers
All consulting engagements with ArthurNembhard Consulting begin with a signed letter of engagement and, where applicable, a non-refundable retainer fee. This fee secures the professional availability of our consultants and covers initial research and onboarding phases.
2. Cancellation Timeframes
Clients may cancel or reschedule a consultation session by providing written notice via email. If notice is received more than 48 hours prior to the session, no penalty applies. If notice is received between 24 and 48 hours, a fee equivalent to 50% of the session rate will be billed. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are billed at the full rate.
3. Rescheduling Protocol
We understand that executive schedules are dynamic. Rescheduling requests made at least 72 hours in advance will be accommodated based on availability without additional cost (limited to one occurrence). Subsequent rescheduling for the same session will incur an administrative fee of $100.
4. Strategic Project Terminations
For long-term organizational strategy projects, a 30-day written notice is required for termination by either party. Any work completed up to the termination date will be invoiced at the agreed-upon hourly or project milestone rate. ArthurNembhard Consulting reserves the right to terminate an engagement immediately in the event of non-payment or breach of confidentiality.
